迷惑メール doctor-night.com
あなたにとって非常に迷惑なメールのリンク先はNightLifeではありませんか？
最近、so-netやらODNやら手続きのゆるいプロバイダーのメールアカウントから
携帯やＰＨＳに頻繁に迷惑メールを送りつける輩がおり、非常に迷惑している。
しかも、メールが止められるたびに違うアカウントを取り直しているようで迷惑メールの
登録が間に合わずに怒り心頭に達している状態である。
迷惑メールの内容は 大体以下の内容であるが誘導するリンク先からさらに販売用の
サイトに誘導するようになっている。
ちなみに販売サイトは ナイトライフ http://night-life.biz/ であり
そこの特定取引に関する法律に基づく表記には電話番号等は書かれていない。
こんな怪しげなところで性機能改善薬を購入するアホがいるのかと思うが、
わざわざ何度もメールアカウントを取得するのだからそれなりの利益があるのだろう。
それを野放しにしているドメインの代行会社は
株式会社デジロック http://www.digirock.jp/aboutus.html である。
多分、レンタルスペースとしてサーバの提供も行なっているのであろう。
迷惑メールをもうこれ以上受けたくない人の対応策は２つ
一つめがドメインの代行している会社のデジロックに以下のURLから苦情をだすこと

なお、URL/ドメイン欄はnight-life.bizである。
二つめは架空口座と思われるその口座を停止させることである。
それでもだめだったら国税庁に通報してみるつもりだ。ご注文番号が1130とは
1100件以上注文があると言うことだ。７割がイタズラだったとしても300件近い受注があるということである。
一件の純利が3,000円だったとしても90万は稼いでいる。税務申告しているかは怪しい。
また、薬事法違反の疑いもあるのでそちらからも攻めていきたい。
